Without good health it is difficult to enjoy to the full many of life’s gifts like happy relationship, money and creativity. Therefore it is very important to consider the physical factors: what you eat, how much fresh air you have, and how often you exercise, as well as the factors of stress levels, energy levels and your general attitude to health. Influences may stem from your family system and habits that began even before you were born.
Habits are not something that I would advise to try to get rid of, as this only causes stress. The most successful way to deal with a bad habit is to install good habits, which when given time gradually take over in life.

Support Offered
Body treatments, Colour Puncture, Thermie, Psych-K, Family Constellation groups, Yoga, Reiki and meditations. Also, advice on other therapies and therapists, and listening materials to support a positive attitude.


Personal Story

After a car accident left me unable move about in my normal way for over a year I felt unfit and tired most of the time. I started a daily practice of yoga - simple easy exercises. Within three weeks I had more energy than I had had for years. I was returning easily to my normal size and was feeling great. I have continued this practice for over two years now and am still finding new benefits all the time.
