In this section we will look at the relationships, in your life whether with your partner, children, wider family circle and friendships. It is important to consider the early family background and what took place in previous generations, as this can have an effect on all ways of relating. Another situation to consider is if there was any early separation from one or both parents in the formative years of your life. This can have profound and far-reaching effects on how we relate, especially within partnerships.

Personal Story

I never had a beautiful sex life - it was always so full of rejection, and I could never really understand why. I tried many things to change this but they made no real and lasting difference. Then I did a constellation, and when we looked at my father’s family line it showed things that I knew and some things that I did not know. If I am honest I did not understand all of it, but I did see how much I was rejecting the other person when it came to sex. After only two months I was in a wonderful relationship and had the love life I always dreamed of. The best bit is it is still like that even after four years.
